Bean storage
Before storage it is better to thermal processing to subject a bean – to pour out its thin layer on baking tray and to deliver it for 3-4 minutes in an oven. However thus it is necessary to consider, that the bean processed in such a way loses a germination though keeps completely all nutritious qualities. Thermal processing of a bean allows to get rid of insects-wreckers, especially from the larvas of a weevil spoiling a bean at storage.
