Storage of dill, parsley, celery

Onions storage

From all vegetables onions start to clean the first. To start harvesting it is possible, when onions feathers start to dry up and turn yellow, and the neck will be softened. Onions gather hands, pulling out bulbs for the bottom part of feathers.

Peas storage

Peas will remain for a long time and thus will not lose the taste if husk peas grain to pour salt and to leave for days. On 1 kg of peas 1 / 2 glasses of salt undertake.
